What is Nannyopolis all about?
We are a nanny run, family first agency that is here to bring an harmonious feel to raising the wonderful children of Arizona. We identify with nannies and we know how hard it is to find amazing families. We also are familiar with families and understand how overwhelming and time consuming it can be to find a nanny. We started Nannyopolis to assist and use our insight and experience to help create forever families.
What does your vetting procedure include?
Our vetting process begins with an in person interview of every nanny. We believe that by getting to know our nannies we can make better matches and help foster long lasting and happier nanny/family bonds. as much as we love the hard work that each nanny puts in, we only accept a select few. Although it is a tough, these decisions are based on numerous factors so that your family can be assured that you are getting the perfect blend of experience, expertise and compassion. We asks that all of our Full Time and Part Time nannies have at least 2 years of professional experience or relevant education. Following that, we run a thorough background check including SSN Trace, County Criminal Search, National Criminal Search and National Sex Offender Registry check. As needed, we also explore all education and certificates for authenticity and validity. Only nannies with clean records make it beyond this step in our vetting process. We also personally check the candidates references and offer reports based on these references, that a potential employer will receive before meeting with a candidate. We understand nannies and we strive to only work with the most experienced and skilled caregivers.
What does your agency charge to find the perfect Nanny/care giver?
In addition to our $150 Non Refundable Agency Registration Fee.
Up to 20 hours per week of care: $250 Nanny Referral Fee
20-29 hours per week of care: $300 Nanny Referral Fee
30+ hours per week of care: $450 Nanny Referral Fee
Date night: 1 time booking= $30 Fee inclusive of 1 time Agency and $5 1 time booking fee or
1 year agency membership= $80 + $5 booking fees for 12 months
Temp: $25 per day
Travel: $35 per day of travel
Overnight: Case by case, depending on needs
Infant/Newborn: Case by case, depending on needs and desired qualifications
How much do Nannyopolis nannies and sitters charge?
We value the experience and love of our nannies and sitters. Due to this and in alignment with industry standards, we insists on a minimum of $15 an hour for nannies and sitters. This rate is dependent of qualifications, experience, duties required, number of children, etc. Part and Full time nannies charge between $15-$25 per hour. Our temp nannies charge $16 per hour.
What types of childcare can Nannyopolis help my family with?
We offer full-time, part-time, newborn/infant care, overnight, travel and date night nanny placement.
How long will it take to find a nanny for my family?
Normally placing a nanny with a family takes 2 - 6 weeks though is special cases it may be possible to expedite the process.
Do you give us a contract, or help with Taxes or Payroll?
We can suggest some of the best contracts and assist with contract negotiations. We are not an employer and thus, do not pay nannies directly. Nannies are household employees and should be paid legally by their employers(nanny family). We can help by providing information about payroll and tax services, giving families simple options to hire correctly and legally.
What if things don't work out?
We strive to create and nourish long lasting relationships but there may come a time when things don't work out. We understand, so beginning with your nanny's start date, we offer a 90 day guarantee period. If for any reason within this timeline your nanny does not meet your expectations, we will happily rematch your family. we are always here to support your family.
